The carbon dioxide (CO₂) incubator is an advanced cultivation device that provides a stable temperature and humidity environment while continuously delivering a specific concentration of CO₂ gas to control the pH of the culture medium. It creates ideal conditions for optimal growth of cultures. Therefore, the CO₂ incubator is widely used in fields such as cell biology, cancer research, and virology. ● Optional HEPA filter:
The CO₂ inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter that filters particles ≥0.3 µm with an efficiency of 99.99%, effectively removing bacteria and dust from the CO₂ gas.
● Stackable design:
Two units can be stacked to maximize lab space. The incubator features a microcomputer color LCD controller for precise and reliable control. The interior is made of stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning, and the shelves can be freely installed and removed for convenience.
● Infrared (IR) sensor: This sensor quickly detects CO₂ concentration and is unaffected by fluctuations in external temperature or humidity. It ensures stable and uniform CO₂ levels inside the chamber, even with frequent door openings. In contrast, thermal conductivity sensors are more susceptible to temperature changes, have slower response times, and may require frequent calibration over long-term use due to detection errors.
