Solvent recovery unit, suitable for solutions with large evaporation volumes (dilute solutions), heat-sensitive properties, and easy foaming characteristics. The heating chamber of the solvent recovery unit, consists of one or more vertical tubes, with a length-to-diameter ratio of 100–150 and a tube diameter between 25–50mm.After preheating to or near the boiling point, the feed liquid is introduced into the tube from the bottom of the heating chamber. It rapidly generates a large amount of vapor upon heating, which drives the feed liquid to flow in a thin film along the tube wall while evaporating. At the top of the heating chamber, the liquid reaches the desired concentration, and the finished liquid is discharged from the bottom of the separator. The Solvent recovery unit, operates with continuous feeding and discharging during production. Once evaporation parameters are stable, the feed liquid does not circulate within the evaporator. At the start of feeding, the flow rate should not be too fast. A certain liquid level must be maintained inside the heating tubes; otherwise, it will be difficult for the liquid to form a film.
