Overview
YWF series Thin Film Evaporation System (Borosilicate Glass) is a device that uses thin film technology for separation. It mainly consists of a heating jacket, a rotatable scraper, a condenser, and a vacuum system. In a high vacuum system, the liquid material is added tangentially to the evaporator and then driven by gravity and the rotating scraper to form a downward spiral thin film along the inner wall of the shell, and the liquid is discharged from the bottom outlet, while the secondary steam is discharged from the top outlet. Its advantages are suitable for high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy fouling, and suspensions or heat-sensitive materials. It is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and health product industries. The main components of the glass thin film distillation system are made of high borosilicate 3.3 material. The entire distillation process is intuitive and visible. The parameter settings can be adjusted at any time according to the experimental phenomenon, making it easy to quickly find the optimal process conditions. At the same time, it has good corrosion resistance and is an ideal choice for experimental research or small-scale production.
